These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 35kbd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "35kbd") regarding your access to and use of the 35kbd website, mobile interface, betting services, live casino, slot games, and all associated features. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the 35kbd platform from the moment you access the site through to account closure. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 35kbd services.

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required for withdrawal access on the 35kbd Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any country or jurisdiction from which access to the 35kbd Platform is not permitted under the Platform's internal compliance policy.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 35kbd registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox during sign-up, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform after these Terms have been published, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and agree to the 35kbd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable to offers you choose to activate.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 35kbd will notify registered Players of material amendments via the on-site notification system or the email address on file for your account.

03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 35kbd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement. 35kbd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable compliance procedures.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 35kbd or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or problem gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation on a gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 35kbd Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are used to create them.

During registration you will be asked to provide a valid email address, a mobile number, and basic personal details. You agree that all information submitted is truthful and that you will update your account profile promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

35kbd will conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal request. The documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposit. 35kbd may request additional documentation at its discretion if risk indicators are present on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 35kbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

05 Deposits & Payments

All 35kbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit by default, though 35kbd may apply account-level deposit ceilings in accordance with responsible gaming policies or compliance requirements.

Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Deposits made via mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 35kbd wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation.

35kbd does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the KYC identity verification process on their 35kbd account. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

35kbd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays in Bangladesh (including Eid, Victory Day on December 16, and Independence Day on March 26), or when additional compliance review is required.

35kbd reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds under internal compliance policy. Players will be notified of any such requirement via the on-site notification system or registered email address.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets. All withdrawal destinations must be demonstrably owned and controlled by the registered account holder.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

35kbd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions throughout the year, including offers tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are governed by both these general Terms and the specific terms published for each individual promotion at the time the offer is activated.

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 35kbd promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any portion may be withdrawn as Real Funds.
• Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the promotion validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 35kbd account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds in certain game categories (typically low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the Wagering Requirement. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional terms — including through multi-accounting, collusive play, or systematic low-risk bonus clearing strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

08 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 35kbd are governed by the specific sport rules published in the 35kbd Sportsbook Rules section, which forms part of these Terms by reference. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 35kbd does not guarantee that odds offered at the time you initiate a bet selection will remain unchanged by the time your bet slip is submitted.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay. 35kbd reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it determines, acting reasonably, that the bet was placed after the outcome of the relevant event or micro-event was already determined.
• 35kbd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, restrict bet acceptance on any account, or suspend markets at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds (e.g., odds clearly set at incorrect values due to technical error), 35kbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, irrespective of settlement status.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international bilateral series — are governed by the specific cricket rules section within the 35kbd Sportsbook Rules. These rules address abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, and rain interruptions.

09 Casino Rules

All casino games available on the 35kbd Platform — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, and Microgaming — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio. 35kbd does not develop or modify the core game logic of any casino product.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot spin, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 35kbd is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Progressive jackpot prizes are determined by the supplying game studio's server. 35kbd acts as a distribution channel only and does not fund jackpot pools directly. In the event of a dispute regarding jackpot eligibility or prize amounts, the game studio's records will be treated as definitive.

10 Responsible Gaming

35kbd is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings dashboard immediately following every 35kbd login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the total losses you may incur within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when your continuous play session reaches a specified duration.

11 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 35kbd account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 35kbd account if the feature is available to you.
• Logging out of your account when accessing 35kbd from a shared or public device.

12 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), regardless of the email, phone number, or device used.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with casino games without express written permission from 35kbd.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the 35kbd sportsbook.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to obtain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the 35kbd Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Providing false, forged, or stolen identification documents during the KYC process.

• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 35kbd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game assets, data structures, and compiled code — is the exclusive property of 35kbd or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software component; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any 35kbd brand assets, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent from 35kbd management.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35kbd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

35kbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 35kbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

35kbd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 35kbd makes no representation that the Platform or any content on it is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

15 Suspension & Termination

35kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 35kbd reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated and the account closure is initiated by 35kbd for operational reasons, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 35kbd account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Real Funds balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 35kbd is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by 35kbd at the time the dispute is filed.

Nothing in this clause prevents 35kbd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised access to the Platform.

17 Amendments

35kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at the /terms-conditions page of the 35kbd Platform. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which any material amendment takes effect.

35kbd will provide reasonable notice of material changes to registered Players via the on-site notification system. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
